This Privacy Policy complies with: COPPA (USA), GDPR (EU), CCPA (California, USA), PIPEDA (Canada), and the UK Children's Code. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Wacky Missions HQ is used by parents and legal guardians who are 18 years of age or older to generate screen-free activity mission cards for children ages 4–10. Children do not directly create accounts. All accounts are created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information directly to us, contact hello@wackymissionshq.com immediately.

Information You Provide:

SMS Information (Text-a-Mission):

If you opt in to the Text-a-Mission, your phone number and the text messages you exchange with the Hotline are transmitted through Twilio, Inc., our third-party SMS vendor. Twilio processes the phone number and message content solely to deliver and receive Text-a-Mission SMS messages on our behalf. See twilio.com/legal/privacy.
